Class License 45 days from the date of application
PERMIT APPLICATIONS AND RENEWALS
New Applications 14 days from the date of application
Renewal Applications 14 days from the date of application
PRODUCT APPROVAL AND CERTIFICATION
New applications for water supply and sewerage products 60 days from receipt of complete documents
Renewal applications for water supply and sewerage products 21 days from receipt of complete document
RESPONSE TO CONSUMERS
Immediate response to all consumers queries / complaints 3 working days;after receipt the queries / complaints
Follow up on status of queries / complaints After 14 days
To resolve complaints 60 days
