Automatic authorization - three months or such other period as may be extended by the Commision after the appointed date;

Fail to register within three months or such other period as may be extended by the Commission - authorization lapse;

Register within three months - shall continue to be authorized to operate for one year or such other period as may be extended by the Commission after the appointed date (authorization period); and

Need to apply for a license in order to continue to operate after the expiration of the authorization period.
