Automatic authorization - three months or such other period as may be extended by the Commision after the appointed date;

Fail to register within three months or such other period as may be extended by the Commission - authorization lapse;

Once registered within three months, shall continue to be authorized to operate for two years or such other period as may be extended by the Commission after the appointed date;

Not later than three months after lodging the agreement and supplementary agreement - authorization lapse;

Within one year or such other period as may be extended by the Commision indicates the intention to migrate to the new regime;

Agreed to migrate, license shall be granted to continue with the operation; and

If decided to continue with the agreement and supplementary agreement, need to submit a written request to the Commision for authorization within the authorization period stated in (c), and authorization shall be granted until the expiry of the agreement and supplementary agreement.
